On September 8th 2020, Mayor Kirk Caldwell issued the Amended Second “Stay At Home/ Work From Home order”, to further address the spread of COVID-19. The Order, which was described as similar to the “stay-at-home/work-from-home” Order issued in March, will remain in effect through September 23rd, 2020. The Order allows essential businesses to remain open, including child care, construction, health care and some educational services. Religious services will also be allowed, with restrictions.
